How do I place an order?

The quickest way to place an order is via our online order form. The process is very simple. After filling in your employment information, you will click the submit button which will send us the order form and take you to our secure payment page. Or you can call us at 1-218-891-2410 with your questions. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and discover credit cards. We use PayPal online for your security.

If you have a current resume, you can email that to us here. After emailing the resume, you can go to our secure payment page. Or you can call us at 1-218-891-2410 with your credit card information. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and discover credit cards, as well as personal checks or money orders.

You can also print a copy of our printable order form and fax that to us at (218) 891-2410.

After we receive your order form and payment, we will contact you via email or telephone if we require any additional information or have any questions prior to working on your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once we receive your employment information and payment, you will receive an emailed copy of your resume and/or cover letter normally within 1-3 business days. Please let us know if you are in a rush situation and we will try to expedite your order.

After reviewing the emailed document(s), please reply with either your approval or with suggestions for changes. We will gladly work back and forth with you until you are completely satisfied.

How will my completed order be mailed to me?

If you order the printed and mailed copies for an additional $10, all orders placed within the United States will be mailed via Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made. Priority Mail usually delivers within two or three days. All orders will be mailed in a sturdy cardboard container to prevent damage during delivery. Federal Express Overnight is available for an extra fee.

If you do not require printed copies, everything will be emailed to you in an MS Word .doc file format.

All orders outside the continental United States will be mailed via the most efficient method, usually via Global Priority Mail or Airmail.

What is your refund policy?

Unlike a retail store, we offer a service, not a product. Because of that, we cannot offer a full refund. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues you have with your order. Customer satisfaction is paramount with us. To view comments from our past clientele, click here.

Can I have my resume updated in the future?

A copy of your resume and cover letter will be kept on file for any future updates. The price for a resume update is $45. We keep the price low because we value our past customers and this is our way of saying thank you for your past patronage.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Many resume writing companies sell their resumes to job and resume banks. We will never divulge any client information to any outside company. The only people who will have access to your information is our team of resume writers and editors. We guarantee it!
